The Mole Antonelliana sells three tickets, the National Cinema Museum at €18, the panoramic lift alone at €9, or both for €23 (2026), and it is closed on Tuesdays.
€18, €9 or €23
The National Cinema Museum inside the Mole costs €18 (€16 reduced), the panoramic lift alone €9 (€7 reduced), and the two together €23 (€20 reduced), all 2026 prices. Children under 6 and ICOM members go free.
The lift can be taken without the museum. That is the useful detail: if you're in Turin for the view and not for film history, €9 does the job, and the combined ticket saves €4 only if you want both.
Closed on Tuesday, not Monday
The museum opens Monday and Wednesday to Sunday, 9 am to 7 pm, and closes on Tuesday (2026).
Plenty of Italian museums close on Monday, so the habit runs the wrong way here: a Monday visit is fine and a Tuesday one isn't. Tuesday is the most common planning mistake with the Mole. Whether the lift runs on Tuesdays is not stated separately in our records, so treat the whole building as shut.
The national pattern, and the exceptions, are at closed on Mondays.
Last entry at 6 pm, last lift down at 6:50
The last entry is one hour before closing, and the panoramic lift makes its last descent 10 minutes before closing. On a 9 am to 7 pm day that means entry by 6 pm and the lift down by 6:50 pm.
In practice, anyone buying the combined ticket late in the day is racing two clocks. Do the lift first if it's getting late: the museum can wait for another visit, the light on the city can't.
Tuesday and Wednesday: the Musei Reali swap
The Musei Reali close on Wednesday and the Mole on Tuesday, so the two are never shut on the same day in a normal week (2026). The Musei Reali open Thursday to Tuesday, 9 am to 7 pm, last entry 6 pm.
That makes a short Turin stay easy to arrange: Mole on Wednesday, palace on Tuesday, either on the other days. The catch is that in some weeks the Musei Reali move their closure to Tuesday, which would put both shut together. Check that week's calendar if your only free day is a Tuesday.
